A new project from Will Merchant asks us to question how establishing parks mirrors larger systems of management and control. In the words of the artist,  “The men upstairs are pissing away our chances at decelerating our environmental damage. In control of distribution, they funnel resources through their corporate counterparts, taking all they can and leaving what is below to fight for the scraps.”
